An impressive vintage certificated oval shaped sapphire and diamond cluster ring. Mounted to the centre with a deep royal blue oval cut sapphire, weighing a considerable 3.90 carats approximately, certificated as natural, untreated and of Basaltic in origin. The sapphire is mounted to the centre of a beautiful collection of round brilliant cut diamonds, measured to weigh 1.50 carats, set within an expansive basket frame to create a bold and stylish cluster ring. Crafted in platinum throughout and dating to circa 1970.
