A stunning vintage Art Deco star sapphire cabochon and diamond ring, by Raymond C Yard. Mounted with a beautiful certificated Sri Lankan ‘cornflower blue’ high topped oval cabochon sapphire, estimated to weigh eleven carats and displaying strong asterism producing a vivid star to the centre. The shoulders of the ring are set with a beautiful pair of Art Deco trapeze cut diamonds. Expertly hand crafted in platinum and signed ‘Yard’, dating to circa 1930.
