A rare and exquisite antique Edwardian Belle Époque cabochon sapphire and diamond cluster ring. Mounted landscape to the centre with a sensational high domed oval cabochon “cornflower blue” sapphire. The certificated natural no-heat sapphire is estimated to weigh 5.20 carats and is of Sri Lankan “Ceylon” in origin. Mounted within a stunning collection of antique brilliant cut diamonds throughout the landscape oval setting with beautiful millegrain detailing. Wonderfully hand crafted in platinum and this ring is dating to circa 1910.
