A vintage diamond set heart locket pendant. Beautifully mounted to the domed heart shaped surface with over one hundred and fifty round brilliant cut diamonds, estimated to weigh a total of three carats combined. Featuring a heart shaped rock crystal vitrine to the reverse, forming a window into the locket compartment. Suspended from a diamond set pendant loop and an antique 15 carat gold trace chain with a barrel clasp. Hand crafted throughout in 18 carat yellow gold and dating to circa 1950.
