A rare antique French Art Nouveau sapphire, ruby and diamond foliate interwoven ring by Mantoux et Rottembourg. The ring is mounted with two marquise cut blue sapphires, set to the terminals, with a square cut ‘pigeon blood’ red ruby to the centre. Mounted with a collection of antique brilliant and rose cut diamonds. Wonderfully hand crafted in 18 carat yellow gold and platinum, bearing French poinçon & the craftsman’s mark, numbered and dating to circa 1905.
