An impressive pair of rubellite tourmaline and diamond chandelier drop earrings. Each articulated top is mounted with a collection of marquise and brilliant cut diamonds forming a diamond spray motif, suspending a striking oval shape rubellite tourmaline, of a vivid red purple hue. The beautifully matched pair of tourmalines are estimated to weigh approximately ten carats combined. The collection of brilliant and marquise cut diamonds are well matched and estimated to weigh in excess of two carats in total. Expertly hand crafted in platinum and dating circa 1970.
