A rare pair of elegant vintage sapphire rope twist stirrup toggle cufflinks, by Boucheron Paris. Each formed of two vari-sized rope twist squares, with the smallest sprung and hinged to allow ease of wear. The terminals to either side are mounted with beautiful blue sapphire pyramid cuts. Hand crafted in rich 18 carat yellow gold. Signed Boucheron and hallmarked for London 1976.
