Vintage Sapphire & Diamond Cluster Drop Earrings

A beautiful pair of vintage sapphire and diamond cluster drop earrings. Mounted to the centre of each cluster with a beautiful oval shaped sapphire, of a deep royal blue hue, the two well matched sapphires weighing a total of 1.48 carats combined. The sapphires are suspended within an oval cluster frame of round brilliant cut diamonds, weighing a total of 1.70 carats combined. The earrings are fitted with post and butterfly fittings to the reverse. Wonderfully hand crafted in 18 carat white and yellow gold and dating to circa 1950.
