Mounted to the centre with a beautiful velvet blue cabochon sapphire, weighing 8.18 carats, with approximately 4.50 carats of brilliant and baguette cut diamonds. Beautifully hand crafted in 18 carat yellow and white gold, dating to circa 1960.
