An exquisite & rare antique Victorian Burmese ruby and diamond five stone ring. Mounted with five exceptional Burmese oval shaped rubies, showcasing a beautifully matched collection of ‘pigeon blood’ red. The ring is accompanied with a gemmological certificate confirming the untreated Burmese origin for this superb collection of rubies. The five rubies are estimated to weigh 2.50 carats in total. The ring is accented with eight bright rose cut diamonds. With a superb hand carved and pierced gallery with fine scroll work detailing. Beautifully hand crafted in rich 18 carat yellow gold and dating to circa 1890.
