A stunning antique Victorian sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The ring is centrally set with a certificated oval cut Sri Lankan Ceylon sapphire of a vivid intense blue hue, estimated to weigh approximately seven carats, within a frame of rose cut diamonds, mounted within cut down collet settings to a finely worked bifurcated shank. The ring is hand crafted in 18 carat yellow gold and silver and is dating to circa 1880.
