Each cluster is mounted with a oval shaped sapphire of an an intense blue hue, estimated to weigh a total of 1.07 carats combined, to a frame of brilliant cut diamonds, suspended from a diamond set trefoil design top. The diamonds are bright and lively, estimated to weigh a total of 0.65 carats combined. Hand crafted in 18 carat white gold.
