Cocktail Sapphire & Diamond Strap Bracelet

An impressive vintage Cocktail sapphire and diamond fancy link strap bracelet. Designed as interwoven chevron links of an abstract rope twist motif. Each of the bombé shaped rope twist links are mounted with chevron shaped gem set accents, alternating between trilogies of blue circular cut sapphires and single chevrons in bright brilliant cut diamonds. The sapphires are all very well matched, of a vivid blue hue and are estimated to weigh a total of 2.65 carats. The bracelet is mounted with three chevron motifs of brilliant cut diamonds, estimated to weigh a total of 0.65 carats. The bracelet is wonderfully hand crafted in 18 carat yellow and white gold. Dating to circa 1960.
